Shore of a Punoi village that will be displaced upon completion of the 7 hydroelectric dams being built in Northern Laos. Though there have been notifications, many do not fully comprehend the concept of relocation and the immense change that will happen when the dams are completed and the villages are completely flooded. The river has been the center of life for generations and the future will bring immense change for these villagers.
