Día de la Tradición
Día de la Tradición: : Gaucho Culture in Argentina
Día de la Tradición is an annual festival in Argentina celebrating gauchos, which are highly talented horsemen who work extremely hard herding cattle and sheep throughout the Argentine pampas usually for estancias (ranches). Gaucho culture is an integral part of the history, identity and pride of the country. The festival is celebrated throughout Argentina on the 10th of November each year and highlights gaucho traditions, attire, food and most importantly their incredible horse skills.
